Abyssal Tear is an Ethereal Reagents in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem. Ethereal Reagents are used tochange the random stats of various Equipments. Their effect can vary from rerolling to adding or removing stats or effects.

- This item cannot be applied on legendary and unique items.
