Mark of the Blackstaff is a unique Accessory in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem. Accessories can give your characters a wide range of bonuses from Occult Damage, Resistance Scores, and Rage Generation, etc. Characters can equip two rings, one amulet and one belt at the same time.
Kardis, the Blackstaff of Gomora, was born into the Cult of Bezeriel. Her mother, a competent witch, dreamt of becoming Bezeriel’s champion and joined the ritual. As the rite began, she was soon overwhelmed, unable to control the power of death. Crying in pain, the witch suddenly collapsed on the bier, dead. Watching an Immortal Maw devour her mother’s corpse, Kardis had to flee. She escaped, taking only her mother’s amulet. She poured her rage into the necklace and swore to become a powerful sorceress to wipe her city of its sins. Her fervent desire to cleanse Gomora twisted the pendant into the symbol of the Jewel of the Pariahs. How she lost her treasured amulet is a mystery.
