Morbid Retribution is a unique Armor piece in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem. Armor in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem consists of six types: Helmets, Chest Pieces, Spaulders, Gauntlets, Pants, and Boots. They can provide a wide range of bonuses to your characters.
Each armor piece has different qualities, from common, rare to unique. In order to equip certain pieces of armor, your character needs to reach it's required level.
As the Flayers raided a Stormfall caravan, a young noble was taken prisoner. Howling with pleasure, they cut the skin from his back and tied him to a bed of nails. To muffle his cries, they made a mask of cured skin and sewed it to his neck. The next day, Thunderblades stormed the camp, scattering the wildlings. The noble healed but kept the mask. He wore the hood while he trained his body, dedicating his life to vengeance.
After years of intensive preparation, he returned to that camp. What were once Flayers had become settlers. Children played where their parents had once cured human flesh. But he hungered for vengeance, and his desire had to be sated.
