Arctic Spear is an Active Skill in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem. This skill can only be used with staves or catalysts. Active skills are special attacks that can be executed in battle, most of the active skills are used to inflict damage against enemies and foes, as well as providing various buffs to the player's character and its allies.
Etheliel, the Fallen Lady of Vanity, despises the use of ice as vulgar projectiles. The victimes get impaled in atrocious ways which she cannot condone: they should be frozen instantly. Unfortunately, few sorcerers take these considerations into account.

Comet Ballista
(Level 11)
Effect: Longer creation delay but increases the damage.
Beauty of Hope
(Level 17)
Effect: Converts base Frost damage to Sacred damage. Increases the chance of inflicting Weakness.
An Ominous Chill
(Level 23)
Effect: Increases the chance to inflict Ailments on enemies.
Shattering Blasphemy
(Level 29)
Effect: Enemies killed while they are frozen have a chance to cast ice shards around them in an explosion for 30% Spear damage.
Prolonged Deceit
(Level 32)
Effect: Every Arctic Spear that hits an enemy increases the damage of the next Arctic Spear incrementally. This buff is reset when an Arctic Spear misses.
Freezing Skewers
(Level 35)
Effect: Increases damage.
Hiemal Ambush
(Level 41)
Effect: Spears created are delayed while re-casting, allowing you to cast multiple spears at once.
Organic Temperature Shift
(Level 47)
Effect: Increases damage. Adds a cooldown to the skill.
Notes and Tips
- Players use multiple skills from 2 different attack types at the same time.
- Skills can be leveled up by constantly using it in battle which increases its potency and as well as unlocking skill modifiers. Apart from that, you can also level up your skills by using Primordial Affinity which can be purchased from Demetra.
