Consuming Embers is an Active Skill in Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem. This skill can only be used with staves or catalysts. Active skills are special attacks that can be executed in battle, most of the active skills are used to inflict damage against enemies and foes, as well as providing various buffs to the player's character and its allies.
Abanazaar, the Fallen Lord of Envy, consumes all that he covets. His cravings are bottomless, absolute, and destructive. Those who know how to tap into their most insane passions will understand the fiery power that the feeling contains. Shaping it into a burning ball comes with practice.

Meteor Shower

Effect: Increases the number of projectiles, but each projectile's damage is reduced.
Fratricidal Reunification
(Level 17)
Effect: Converts base Fire damage to Lightning damage. Increases damage.
Volatile Embers
(Level 23)
Effect: Increases the chance to inflict Ailments on enemies.
Heartpiercer
(Level 29)
Effect: Projectiles no longer collide or explode. Instead, they gain an increased area of effect and Pierce enemies.
Exposing Flames
(Level 35)
Effect: Increases Ailment damage.
Object of Desire
(Level 41)
Effect: Gives a buff that allows you to deal additional damage based on the base element of this skill. Allies affected by the skill's area of effect will also receive this buff.
Lord of Char
(Level 47)
Effect: Increases damage. Adds a cooldown to the skill.

Notes and Tips
- Players use multiple skills from 2 different attack types at the same time.
- Skills can be leveled up by constantly using it in battle which increases its potency and as well as unlocking skill modifiers. Apart from that, you can also level up your skills by using Primordial Affinity which can be purchased from Demetra.
